A dedicated 81,700 sq.ft. isolation block built for the Government Hospital for Thoracic Medicine at Tambaram to treat COVID-19 and other infectious diseases. Spanning ground plus two floors with complete Civil, Electrical, Lift and PHE works, the project was executed under the Public Works Department with an emphasis on rapid, uncompromised delivery of critical healthcare infrastructure during a period of urgent public-health need.
